The Lady Marie Cheque de Voyage, daughter of the French ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Stollen.
The already busy social calendar at Krankenstadt Palace has become much more fraught since last we peeked in on things there. The daughter of the French ambassador along with her mother has just this morning joined Irwin-Amadeus II and his aunts for a extended weekend of dinners, parties, balls, and parlor games. Keep in mind, that General Leger de Main, together with the Mademoiselle de Ambuscade, the Lady de Badinage, and their respective companions, are already residing temporarily at the palace. The three ladies, in particular, have been invited by the aunts Irmgard, Hiltrud, and Waltraud, for the sole purpose of finding a suitable match for their wastrel nephew.
Complicating matters further has been the arrival, late in the week, of Signore di Polenta, a master tailor from Naples, who has brought several new suits ordered by the Grand Duke last summer for first fittings. He and his several assistants are also staying in the palace, which is indeed bursting at the seams with guests for an undisclosed period of time.
A lively and flamboyant personality, di Polenta has quickly ingratiated himself not only with the three aunts, who initially raised their eyebrows at his arrival in the midst of their carefully orchestrated plans. In addition, Signore di Polenta has become a favorite of the three young ladies and their retinues. Always quick to share a riddle, a clever joke, or a funny story, it seems the master tailor is the current flavor of the month at Krankenstadt Palace, much to the chagrin of Irwin-Amadeuss II, who, privately confirmed bachelorhood notwithstanding, enjoys being the center of attention.

Signore di Polenta, a Neapolitan tailor of some considerable reputation and sartorial influence has also joined the already numerous guests at Krankenstadt Palace.
