I am a writer/translator and teach composition, public speaking, literature, and various film courses (on the American Film Noir, Transnational, Horror, and Nordic cinema) to university undergraduates. I'm also an avid bicyclist, Nordic skier, amateur rock musician, a fan of good, old fashioned books (No Nooks or Kindles here!), a clothes horse -- some might even say dandy -- and now a father. Life is certainly never dull!
